My Counselling Journey

Couples counselling has always interested me. I trained with RELATE—the UK’s leading couple-counselling charity.

I have developed my own method to help couples turn around their relationship, which blends psycho-dynamic counselling (which looks at your past and how it affects today) with systemic counselling (which focuses on how your relationship works today and what would improve matters).

I have hand-picked a team of experienced relationship counsellors who have been working with me between six and twenty-five years.

We regularly meet to discuss cases and for regular professional development training.

My aim is combine the best therapists with the proven ideas from my books to provide the support your relationship deserves.
